When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (M-F). If the purchase is made on the weekend, the order will ship the next business day.
What carriers are being used to ship my order?
Style Zog is proud to offer free ground shipping on all orders! Shipping time will vary depending on the final destination. We will send you a confirmation email once your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you do not hear from us.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately at this time Style Zog does not ship internationally.
I just received my order, but I no longer want it. Do you accept returns?
Of course! We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If that is not the case, we will gladly accept yorur return as long as it adheres to our return policy below.
Return Policy
• Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase
• Items must be returned in the same unused condition with their original tags as they were sent in order to receive a full refund.
• Items without original tags or damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted
• Returned items should be accompanied with the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Sale items are considered final purchases and cannot be returned
• You are responsible for all shipping costs.
• We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.

If you meet the requirements below, please mail us at helpme@stylezog.com to obtain an RA. Once received, please write the RA number on the outside of the package being returned.

Was my return received?
Style Zog will send you an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow 20 business days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment.

Although we cannot guarantee it, we would definitely try to help you with your special request. Please contact us at helpme@stylezog.com with a very detailed description of the item you are looking for as well as a photo of something similar. We will try our best to help you find that special item you are looking for!

How do I take care of my jewelry?
As will all fashion and costume jewelry, it is very important to take care of it accordingly. Below are some tips from Style Zog.
• Jewelry should be put on last and taken off first while getting ready or getting home.
• Ensure that the jewelry does not make contact with liquids such as perfumes, creams/lotions, hairspray, deodorants etc. The chemicals in such substances can and will damage your jewelry.
• When not in use, please make sure the jewelry is stowed away in a cool dry place. Small ziploc bags or cloth pouches are recommended.
• Never wear your jewelry while in the shower, pool or ocean as this will give the items a dull look.
• Only use jewelry cleaning solutions to take care of your jewelry.
• When in doubt, Google-ing it is better than winging it!
